Daycare Manager

The Daycare Manager oversees the day-to-day operation of Central Kids and helps ensure the program remains safe, caring, organized and consistent.
This role includes supporting and supervising educators, coordinating programming and schedules, maintaining health and safety standards, communicating with families, and helping the daycare remain aligned with its mission and values.

Whenever possible, Central Kids intends to staff above minimum licensing requirements so educators have greater capacity for supervision, transitions, meaningful interaction and individual attention.
